Breakfast was sensational, glorious views, charming location near to the lovely garden, the Lakes or the Yorkshire Dales, and the outskirts of a lovely village where there is a nice pub a short walk away. The room was fabulous and bright, greatly enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hosts at this B&B were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming, making our Christmas stay extra special. We were greeted with tea and homemade cake, which was a lovely touch. That the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear a snorer in the room below us, which kept us up until 3 am. , the shampoo provided didn't have conditioner with it, and it took some time to brush through my hair later.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the high-quality linen added to a great night's sleep. the breakfast served was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including a delicious fresh fruit salad. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, conveniently located just a short distance from the motorway, making it a perfect stopover during long journeys. Despite its proximity to the motorway, the hotel felt secluded and peaceful, allowing for a true countryside experience.

There were a few aspects of my stay that didn't meet my expectations. the evening meals at the nearby pub, although recommended by the hosts, were not up to par.
